Téchnéos
We step in when productivity, service, quality, time, capital or decision-making depend on the interaction between processes, responsibilities, data and systems — and cannot be improved simply by introducing new software or a new technology.

Why we exist
In transformation programmes, the people who analyse processes and goals are often separate from those who build the data, software or automation. This can produce plans that are hard to put into practice, or systems that are technically correct but do not improve the expected result.
Téchnéos works on the opposite principle: understanding, modelling and delivery must stay connected all the way through.
How we think
We start from the result to improve and reconstruct the system of processes and decisions that produces it.
We make assumptions explicit, test them with data and people, and turn the analysis into systems that work in the real context.
We bring together organisational, industrial, analytical and software capabilities when the problem spans several functions and has no standard answer.
A document, a model or a piece of software only matters if it improves a relevant decision, process or performance.

Identity
Téchnéos — from the Greek téchnē — art, craft — and néos — new.
The Phoenix stands for reconfiguration and renewal. For us it is a concrete metaphor: understand how a system works, identify what limits its results and rebuild it in a more solid, measurable operating form.
The same principle guides our work: transformation is not measured by the amount of technology introduced, but by the quality of the system that remains after the change.
Where we work
We work mainly where productivity, service, quality, working capital, technical reliability or decision speed depend on the interaction of several functions and systems — and where improving just one part would risk moving the problem elsewhere.
Productivity, capacity, progress, quality, traceability, automation, industrial data and process control.
Demand, production, inventory, sourcing, lead time, service level, priorities and tied-up capital.
Automation of document work, control and forecasting, access to knowledge, exception handling and integration between administrative and operational systems.
System integration, data quality and availability, security, access, traceability and the compliance needed to introduce AI and automation without increasing operational risk.
Working with us
We do our best work when the problem spans several functions, the cause is not obvious, and processes, decisions and systems must change in a coordinated way.
